Behind the Scenes

Random fact: this was our first film that had a shooting script written for it, however, we forgot to bring the script with us.

The blood was chocolate syrup and Rizzotti feels proud about that because later he read using chocolate syrup when filming in black and white is actually a proper solution for low budget filmmaking.

Also, the day after shooting we recorded a second version of the film, directed by Peter, in which Mike took Rizzotti's spot as Man 1 and Peter pissed everyone off as a director and ruined Zorn's script. The raw footage was never captured for that version because everyone agreed it was crap; the 8mm tape was later accidentally destroyed during the filming of Unsuitable.

Crew Comments
"This script is about a business transaction between two men and is intended as a satire on stereotypical French art films. The transaction is failed when Man 1 realizes he has no right arm with which to shake -- poking fun at, I guess, trad- um, standards and practices of business operations? He's so sad that he cries blood." -Zorn
